Tin plated copper is
the most desirable conductor for equipment wire interconnection and
wire harness. If is known for its good conductivity and
solderability. Its temperature range is 140ºC. |

Silver plated copper (SPC) |
Nickel plated copper (NPC) |
| We offer complete range
of Silver Plated Copper (SPC) in single and multi-strand. Size of
single strand varies from AWG 42 (0.063 mm) to 2.0 mm. Silver plated
copper is being used upto 200ºC. It is best in conductivity and
soldering ease. SPC is generally not being used in open due to
oxidation, even its oxidization is again a very conductive material
with low contact resistance. For high frequency application, SPC is
most preferred material because of its excellent performance against
"skin effect" |
We offer complete range
of Nickel Plated Copper in single strand (upto AWG 34) and
multistrand. NPC combines the desired features of both metals, 100%
conductivity of copper necessary for efficient electrical and
thermal energy transfer while high temperature stability of nickel
upto 260ºC & fairly high resistance to corrosive
environments. Soldering of Nickel is very tough and requires
activated flux for soldering. |
